MISSED APPOINTMENT/ LATE POLICY
We work hard to provide timely, individualized care. Missed or late appointments take away time from other pets who need treatment. In addition, mutual trust and respect with our clients is of the utmost importance. We strive to be on time for you—please do the same for us by calling if you can’t make it. We send multiple appointment confirmation opportunities leading up to your appointment, but you are still responsible for remembering your appointment.
What Counts as a Missed Appointment

Not showing up without calling.

Canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Arriving 15+ minutes late.
Canceling an Appointment

Call 706-623-6624 at least 24 hours in advance.

If no one answers, leave a detailed voicemail or text us with your name, number, and if you want to reschedule.
Fees for Missed Appointments

1st Missed/Late Cancellation: $25 fee.

2nd Missed/Late Cancellation: Scheduled Exam charge + must pre-pay for your next appointment.
Surgery Appointments

1st Missed Surgery (less than 24 hours’ notice): $100 fee.

2nd Missed Surgery: $100 fee and possible discharge from the practice.
