⏰ Arrive 5 minutes early for check-in (we’ll start you sooner if we can!). Be sure to check out our Missed Appointment/Late Policy.

 

When you arrive, our CSR team will greet you and get you checked in. If your pet’s a little nervous, we’ve got pheromone bandanas/towels, yoga mats to protect from our slick floors, treat buffets, and even toys to make them feel at home. Cats love perching carriers on our coffee-table-turned-carrier-stand! Need a quieter entrance? Just call us from outside—we’ll walk you straight into a room when it’s ready.

 

☕ Don’t forget about you! Help yourself to coffee, water, or soda, and enjoy a good read while you wait.

 

Once in the exam room, our Veterinary Assistant will chat with you about your visit and help your pet settle in. Then your veterinarian will do a nose-to-tail exam, answer questions, and discuss care.

 

Before you leave, your assistant will review medications, schedule any follow-ups, and check you out right in the room—easy!
